Frequently Asked Questions
These answers explain common ticket, payment, delivery, organizer, refund, and event questions.
How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are delivered by email after successful payment confirmation. The email may include event details, ticket reference, attendee details, and a QR code.
What if I do not receive my ticket?
Check spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders first. If the ticket is still missing, contact ticketing@traviqo.com with your event name, purchase email, and order reference if available.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the event policy shown before purchase. The standard default policy allows a 70% refund request up to 3 days before the event. Some events may allow full refund requests until the event starts, while eligible organizers may mark events as no refund where allowed. Review the event page and Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
Why are some events no refund?
No-refund policies are available only for eligible organizers who have completed at least 2 published events in the last 60 days, or where an administrator applies the policy. No-refund tickets may still be refundable where required by law or if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
What happens if an organizer cancels an event?
If an organizer cancels an event, the organizer is generally responsible for refunds to affected attendees in accordance with applicable laws and payment-provider requirements. Traviqo may facilitate the refund process through the platform where possible.
What if event details change?
Event dates, times, venues, performers, speakers, schedules, lineups, or other event details may change. Unless required by law or stated in the organizer refund policy, those changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
Are payments secure?
Traviqo uses Stripe and other approved payment providers. Traviqo does not store full card numbers.
How do password resets work?
Password reset requests may require an email OTP first. After verification, Traviqo sends a secure reset link that opens the website password reset page, where the user creates and confirms a strong password. Reset links and OTP codes expire for security.
Why do I see a security check?
Traviqo may show an anti-bot security check during login, registration, password reset, or account recovery, especially after failed attempts or sensitive actions. This helps reduce spam, automated abuse, and unauthorized account access.
Can I register or log in with Google?
Where enabled, users may register or log in with Google through the connected social login provider. A user may still be asked to set a strong Traviqo password, verify email access, or complete security checks for account protection.
Who operates the event?
Traviqo is an online marketplace connecting organizers and attendees. Organizers are responsible for event information, event execution, attendee safety, venue compliance, and organizer-specific refund decisions.
