Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, dashboards, or payment tools.
• Attempt to bypass OTP verification, password reset protections, anti-bot checks, trusted-device controls, QR ticket validation, or scanner authorization.
• Share, sell, publish, or misuse another person's password reset link, OTP code, private ticket link, account session, or QR ticket.
• Distribute harmful software, spam, phishing, or malicious links.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Post misleading, false, unsafe, or unlawful event information.
• Engage in illegal ticket resale activities.
• Upload offensive, infringing, discriminatory, exploitative, or unlawful content.
• Misuse attendee information or organizer payment information.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal, ticket cancellation, event removal, payout holds, fraud review, or legal action where appropriate.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to legal@traviqo.com with event links, ticket references, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue. For urgent account support, contact support@traviqo.com.
