Certain events listed on Traviqo may involve nightlife activities, alcohol consumption, water activities, boat cruises, international travel, live performances, crowded venues, transportation, or other experiences involving inherent risks.
Assumption of Risk
By attending any event booked through Traviqo, attendees acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks connected to the event, venue, travel, weather, third-party services, and personal participation.
Limits of Traviqo Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traviqo is not responsible for:
- Personal injuries.
- Property damage.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Weather disruptions.
- Organizer negligence.
- Venue incidents.
- Transportation delays.
- Third-party conduct.
- Failure by attendees to follow safety, age, identification, or venue requirements.
Attendee Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for complying with local laws, venue rules, age restrictions, health and safety requirements, event instructions, and reasonable personal safety precautions.
